BME Students Achieve Academic All-Big 10 Honors

Congratulations to BME graduate student Owen MacKenzie (Men’s Track and Field/Cross Country) and senior Charlie Mentzer (Football), who were announced as 2024 Fall Academic All-Big Ten honorees on Thursday, December 12. MacKenzie–one of five U-M student-athletes with a 4.0 GPA–and Mentzer are among 156 U-M student-athletes garnering the recognition. Criteria for making the Academic All-Big Ten team include being in at least their second academic year at their institution and maintaining a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or higher.
